Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Cabsy and its customers.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which Cabsy provides its taxi transportation services. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone, online via our website or mobile application. All bookings are confirmed by email or SMS. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

3. Pricing

Prices are calculated according to the legal fare meter in force in Belgium. They include pick-up, mileage and waiting time. Surcharges (bulky luggage, animals, night trips) are indicated when booking. Prices shown include VAT.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance when booking via our secure website. We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted.

5. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. After this period, the full amount is due and non-refundable.

6. Liability

Cabsy undertakes to provide a quality service in compliance with current regulations. Our liability is covered by professional insurance. In case of delay or impossibility to perform the service for reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, exceptional events), our liability cannot be engaged.

7. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@cabsy.com within 7 days of the service. We undertake to process each complaint as quickly as possible and to provide a response within 15 working days.

8. Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy. It is used only for booking management and service improvement. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Verviers shall have sole jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution.
